Mickey's family first introduced me to a disco. Of course being the gringo that I am I assumed they were talking about the Bee Gees or someting to do with dancing. Oh was I wrong. What it is a a grill/wok idea made from a tractor disc. Then it has handles welded on it and you have a wok type idea made of iron. Cleaned and maintained it is a beautiful way to cook outdoors in oil. This Easter we cooked at her family's and made hot dogs, talapia and tortillas along with many other side dishes.
